Worker Safety SoftwareTrack workers and their equipment
wherever they – and you – are.

As an Asset Management System, Enabled Safety Products will improve worker safety by providing up-to-date information on what personal protective equipment (PPE) requires inspection or replenishment, which workers or locations are assigned specific PPE, and whether they have been properly trained to use it. Built on a proprietary Honeywell technology platform, hardware and software allow safety professionals to assign, track and monitor Honeywell PPE in the office, from the tool crib, or on site.

In an era when worker safety is of utmost importance coupled with the accelerating safety audits and compliance pressures, Enabled Safety Products provides an economical and effective approach to obtaining and leveraging state-of-the-industry safety-related business requirements.

How Enabled Safety Products can improve productivity, costs and compliance in your workplace:

Productivity Gains

  • No Paperwork — With Enabled Safety Products, labor intensive paperwork is a thing of the past. Enabled Safety Products streamlines your asset management and safety processes in real-time, resulting in significant time savings, improved accountability and more accurate records that are accessible across your organization.
  • Real-Time Notifications — Pre-set schedules and reports automatically notify safety manager when products are nearing or due for inspection or calibration, or when safety notices are issued from the manufacturer.

Cost Improvement

  • Cost Reduction to Manage Data — Eliminates the need to manually create, store, and manage safety and inspection reports, coupled with ability to create customized and automated reports that are specific to your business needs.
  • Loss Prevention Program — Enabled Safety Products makes asset data management easy and more efficient, enabling proactive safety compliance, assignment, tracking, and more. With specific PPE assigned to each worker, you can identify where PPE goes missing.

  • Safety Metrics — Creates threshold of "safety readiness" for workers, groups or specific job requirements — keeping workers safer on the job.
  • Documentation for OSHA Inspections and Audits — Concise reports of PPE and worker records provide complete history of usage and product lifecycle, easy to access upon OSHA inspection or audit.

Q1. What is Enabled Safety Products?
A1. Enabled Safety Products is a robust, secure web-based application platform that can be used to easily track, locate, assign and monitor PPE, training, inspections, and more. Honeywell's Enabled Safety Products solution incorporates advanced data communication and RFID technologies, and allows you to easily track and manage assets – whether it is only a few items or thousands. Not only can you track what you have, but where it is, who is using it, when it was last inspected, when it was put into service, and much more. What's more, Enabled Safety Products eliminates traditional paperwork and filing methods (file cards/cabinets, spreadsheets, binders) – just point and scan and the system updates your records and asset information instantly.

Q2. Do you offer different versions of software?
A2. No, we are an Internet-based software, therefore you are always running the most current software version available.
Although we do offer various package bundles based on your individual needs and business requirements. Things like updates, patches, and maintenance are all included in our subscription packages - there is never a software version upgrade or maintenance fee associated with Enabled Safety Products.

Q3. Do I need to install any software or get my IT department involved?
A3. No, Installation of software or special drivers is NOT required when using Enabled Safety Products. A4. Honeywell's Enabled Safety Products platform provides simple web-based software access via a secure data center that automatically backs up data and other maintenance and support services, ensuring high security and reliability. Many of the newer PPE products manufactured in the U.S. are now equipped with RFID tags and are Enabled Safety Products-enabled with the applicable PPE manufacturing information logged into our global database for easy registration once you get started. Additionally, we also offer RFID (UHF) tags than can cost-effectively be used to retrofit most existing safety equipment.

Q8. Can I upgrade my existing PPE to be Enabled Safety Products-enabled?
A8. Honeywell offers cost-effective Quick Tags for retro-fitting almost any piece of PPE or other type of asset, even those not provided by Honeywell. Quick Tags are designed to work seamlessly with the Enabled Safety Products platform.

Q9. Does Enabled Safety Products support other types of asset tracking other than PPE?
